Ordering Details
- Orders can be picked up at our farm store, at Vernon & Kelowna Farmers’ Markets, or at a drop freezer in Vernon. Province-wide shipping is also available.
- We require 2 days notice to fill orders for local pick-up.
- We require 4 days notice to fill orders that are being shipped.
- Pick up at the farm is available Mon, Wed and Fridays, (please arrange pick-up time prior to driving out) and Saturdays by appointment only.
- Pick up at the farmers’ market is scheduled when you place your order.
- BULK ORDERS (whole, ½ and ¼ beef and whole or ½ lambs) need to be pre-arraged to be picked up at the market, but must be picked up 30 min prior to the market opening as we cannot fit them into our freezers.
Things to remember:
- All our meats are frozen.
- The amount you are given upon ordering is approximate only. Each cut varies in size, and we will send you a confirmation email with the exact total once your order has been put together.
- We accept cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard and Debit.
- Shipped orders must be pre-paid before shipping.
- 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: You have 30 days after your purchase to let us know if you are not satisfied. We will be happy to exchange your cuts or give you a refund for uneaten portions.
