PASTURED PORK Pastured-pork is back! We've sourced the organically-raised pork from Big Bear Ranch again, in Horsefly, BC. and we are offereing nitrite-free hams, bacon and hocks this time. Supply is limited, first-come first-serve. For a list of cuts and prices, check out the order form.

Bulk beef is available in
the fall and can be ordered by the side, shared-side or whole animal.
Orders will be guaranteed when a deposit is tendered and your order
will come wrapped and frozen. 
Bulk lamb is sold on a first
come - first served basis. Cut to retail quality and to your
specifications at a provincially inspected facility you can order by
side or whole animal.
