Shipping
We arrange all the shipping logistics and we ship with Clark Freightways (35 Burbidge Street, Coquitlam, 604-472-2130 )who have refrigerated shipping:

Orders arrive to the Clark Freightways depot in Coquitlam on Thursdays if all pre-payments and order details are finalized by Wednesday at 10 am. For pick-ups and home deliveries on days other than Thursdays, a $15 handling fee is added to your total.
Clark Freightways contacts you between 7:00 - 8:00 am when your order arrives at their depot. For home deliveries, the driver contacts you to ensure you’re home.
Payment
You will receive a phone call or email to confirm shipping dates and final cost. Orders must be paid in full to Vale Farms Grassroots before shipping (Visa, Mastercard, Cheque).

If you or any of your family are traveling to the area we are at the following farmer's markets:
- Kelowna, Saturdays, 8 am to 1 pm-- Springfield and Dilworth
- Vernon, Thursdays 8 am to noon-- Wesbild Centre
You are also welcome to come by the farm and pick up a specific order.
