Try the delicious flavour of our grass-fed lamb! The final cost includes the $70/animal butchering fee and $0.15/lb waste disposal fee.

Take home weight is 50-80& of carcass weight, depending on houw you choose to get it cut. Contact us for cutting recommendations.

What’s in a SIDE of lamb?
  • Shoulder: 9 chops or 1 bone-in roast
  • Loins: All chops (16-17) or 8 loin chops + 1 rack of lamb
  • Leg: Leg of lamb or 2 roasts
  • Trim: stew or ground lamb

You also have the option of getting the shanks (which otherwise get made into ground), bones and organs (heart, liver, kidney and tongue) from your bulk order at no extra charge.

The processor will call you shortly before your order is cut and ask you for your cutting specifications.

 Carcass Weight is the weight of the carcass before it is cut into chops, roasts, etc. with the bones and trim still on. The price you pay is based on carcass weight.
