Bulk Lamb Information

Grass-fed Certified Organic Lamb

Lamb bulk orders

Vale Farms now pre-selects the cuts in a bulk lamb order. Custom orders add $5/order. Final cost includes the $70/animal cutting, wrapping & butchering fee and $0.15/lb waste disposal fee.

Take-home weight is approximately 70% of carcass weight. $50 down-payment required upon ordering.

Carcass Weight is the weight of the carcass before it is cut into chops, roasts, etc. with the bones and trim still on. The price you pay is based on carcass weight.
