Grass-fed Certified Organic Beef
Our grass-fed, certified organic beef is aged minimum 14 days for
tenderness, and cut to retail quality, wrapped and frozen. Orders
are secure when a $50 deposit is received.
The final cost includes the $0.68/lb cutting & wrapping and
$65/animal butchering fee. Take home weight is 56-66% of carcass weight
depending on how you choose to get it cut; contact us for cutting
recommendations.
