Bulk Beef Information

Grass-fed Certified Organic Beef

Our grass-fed, certified organic beef is aged minimum 14 days for tenderness, and cut to retail quality, wrapped and frozen. Orders are secure when a $50 deposit is received.

The final cost includes the $0.68/lb cutting & wrapping and $65/animal butchering fee. Take home weight is 56-66% of carcass weight depending on how you choose to get it cut; contact us for cutting recommendations.

is the weight of the carcass before it is cut into steaks, roasts, etc. with the bones and trim still on. The price you pay is based on this weight.
